Lee has worked as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. While there

he co-founded the University Group with a colleague. The group focused on providing

financial services including home mortgage lending to professors and medical specialists

in Los Angeles and through out California. It was during his time at Morgan Stanley that

Lee gained a valuable understanding of the Los Angeles real estate market specifically

in Malibu. He's also had experience as a mortgage loan originator with a super regional bank.
